Nike 45 Grand is a housed in a former auto repair shop in SoHo. The nucleus of the project—the gym—is flooded with natural light filtered through the milky-white acrylic fins of the round wall.
The design of Asia de Cuba takes heed from the classic ‘90’s fixture of the New York dining scene, creating a contemporary dining experience while blending subtle references to 90’s postmodernism and Cuban Art Deco.
